Alpine Building Consultants, LLC is a  professional building inspector. We offer all forms of real estate home inspections. We also are a licensed municipal third-party municipal inspector (TPI - INS2198 ) in the State of Maine. We look forwards to serving home buyers and sellers in Maine and New Hampshire. 

Alpine specializes in building and energy code compliance. In July 2021 the State of Maine changed over to the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code (2015 IECC). The 2015 IECC prescriptive method adds on average 10% to the total build cost, as well as additional time and labor.
