Andrew
Building on a foundation laid in the construction industry in 1999, Andrew brings over two decades of diverse experience to his work. His career journey includes valuable hands-on experience gained as a carpenter's apprentice, followed by a pivotal period of service in the United States military. Graduating with accreditation from the United States Naval Construction Academy in 2008, Andrew further honed his skills through multiple deployments to Iraq with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, where he served as a Construction Operations NCO.
Transitioning to the civilian sector, Andrew excelled as a residential project superintendent and later as a commercial project manager, demonstrating his ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. His commitment to community extended to serving as a municipal code enforcement officer for a coastal Maine community, showcasing his meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of building regulations.
Andrew's dedication to service continues through his active membership in the United States Army Reserve and his affiliations with several veteran assistance non-profit organizations. He is a Certified Professional Home Inspector (CPI) through InterNACHI and holds a suite of state certifications encompassing residential and commercial building, energy, and ventilation. Complementing his extensive construction and regulatory background, Andrew possesses significant expertise in land use, planning, and development, offering a holistic perspective to his professional endeavors.
